You can purchase it from the App. In addition to providing a complete suite of home marketing materials, Pearl will assess your home to see if it qualifies for Pearl Certification — at no additional cost. Certification requires a Pearl SCORE™ of 500+ and will be issued free of charge. Certified homes typically sell for up to 5% more.
